Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Router Bits. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and want to ensure that your shipping experience is smooth and reliable. Please review the following shipping policy for information on how we process and ship your orders.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders purchased with standard shipping will be processed and posted same day and should arrive within 1-3 working days. 
  • All orders purchased with next day shipping will be processed and posted the same day and arrive the following working day unless the order was made after 2p [LDN, UK TIME] 
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After processing, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, following that the team will get in touch with you regarding the machine you use and the materials you intend to cut to give you the optimal cutting parameters to ensure you get the best out of your order.  

UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Express Shipping: [Price - £2.99] – Estimated delivery time 1-3 business days
  • Next Day Shipping: [Price - £9.99] - Next day assuming you ordered prior to 2PM, if not then following working day. 
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over £100

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your shipment directly through the carrier’s website VIA the tracking number. 

Failed Deliveries & Courier Responsibility

  • Once an order has been dispatched from our distribution centre, it is handled by Royal Mail our shipping provider. Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate and that they are available to receive the parcel. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, incorrect or incomplete address information, or failure to follow courier instructions (including rearranging delivery or collecting from a depot or safe location), Router Bits cannot be held responsible for any resulting delays, returns, or loss of the parcel. In cases where a parcel is marked as delivered, attempted, or held by the courier and subsequently goes missing, this is considered outside of our control. While we are happy to assist by providing tracking details or supporting a courier investigation where possible, responsibility for such issues lies with the shipping provider. We understand that every situation is different, and while the above outlines our standard policy, we review delivery issues on a case-by-case basis. Where appropriate, we may make exceptions and will always aim to handle such situations fairly, reasonably, and ethically.
