2. PRODUCTS, TOOLS & INTENDED USE

Router Bits supplies cutting tools and related products intended for use with CNC machines, routers and similar equipment. These products are inherently subject to wear, misuse and breakage depending on operating conditions, machine setup, materials, feeds, speeds, depths of cut and user experience.

All products must be used strictly in accordance with recommended parameters and good machining practice. You acknowledge that cutting tools can fail if used incorrectly and that tool breakage is a normal risk associated with machining operations.

3. TOOL BREAKAGE, MISUSE & LIABILITY

If a tool is broken, snapped or damaged during use, we do not offer refunds, replacements or returns. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct use, setup and operation, including appropriate feeds, speeds, passes, workholding, machine rigidity and material suitability.

Due to the nature of machining, we are unable to verify cutting parameters after use and cannot accept claims based on user-provided assurances. All tools are used entirely at the customer’s own risk. Tool breakage is not considered a manufacturing fault unless proven otherwise prior to use.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of faulty goods.
