22mm
→ For 12–18mm material (most common choice)
→ Perfect for standard plywood, MDF, MFC

25mm
→ For 18–20mm material
→ Slightly longer edge for deeper cuts or spoilboard skim

32mm
→ For 18–25mm material
→ Best if you regularly cut thicker boards or stack sheets

42mm
→ For 25mm+ material
→ For thick panels, deep profiling, or heavy-duty work

Important:

To get a clean finish on both sides, your first pass must engage the down-cut portion of the tool (usually ~2–3mm into the material).
